I tried to upgrade my level 5 Veigar to level 6 with 2 Veigar tokens and a permanent but for some reasons it says that i dont have the champion Veigar. And this doesn't only happen with Veigar but with other champions too for example Pyke i tried to upgrade him to level 7 but it says that i dont have him.[zombie-brand-clap] P.S i upgraded Pyke from level 5 to 6 with 2 tokens and essence.
Have you tried using the 2 tokens and the champion shard option instead?
The champion 'permanent' shard is a little different from a regular champion shard, although either of them are usable to unlock mastery. Permanent shards are shards that are unlockable for free (they're pretty rare; you get these most often from a new account leveling up). If you're looking to use a regular shard from loot, it's a separate option.
Basically, you should see 3 options for unlocking the mastery (in no specific order since I forget off of the top of my head):
2 tokens + champion permanent 2 tokens + champion shard 2 tokens + BE
Are you using the same champ shard as the mastery? Pretty sure they need to be the same rather than any random champ shard or permanent
