[GAMEPLAY] Mordekaiser Q-empowered Autoattack does not proc Tiamat/Titanic Hydra

I encountered the bug on my recent mordekaiser games, if you buy Tiamat (or later if you upgrade it into titanic hydra) the Tiamat/Hydra AoE dmg effect is not triggered at the 3rd part of Mordekaiser's Q-Empowered Autoattack. Sometimes the same issue occurs on the second attack or even the first, but this does not happen as often.

Furthermore using the active portion of the Titanic Hydra does not reset the autoattack timer of Mordekaiser if he is attacking with his q empowered autoattacks. (this could be intended, but feels very clunky)

How to recreate the bug:

1. Pick Mordekaiser
2. Buy Tiamat/Hydra
3. Use your q 4, Attack a minion/champion/jungle monster

4.1. Use the active portion of Hydra on your 2nd or 3rd Q-empowered autoattack

The bug is frequent, it occured every time without fail in my recent games.

I hope i could help with my description of what i believe to be a bug, if this is in fact not a bug i would like you to clarify this by updating the tooltip for mordekaiser's Q
