the game crashes from the patch 6.2

when i start a game, the first second i am in it just crashes then it shows me to report it and i reconect, when i reconected it takes 10 seconds and it happens again and again every time. i uinstaled lol, repaird it everything but it doesnt work. and the best part is i got a penalty for thet even it was not my faul so please how can i fix it ?

If you have lolrecorder installed open up task manager and make sure it is completely closed.
