[client] Unable to re-launch client after it times out or pc restart

Sometimes if your computer goes to sleep or if it restarts, the client will try to reconnect. However, this usually fails and it gives the option to just close the client. Once you attempt to restart the client, a blank window appears in the top left corner and then disappears. The client fails to launch. The only way to get around this is to restart the pc OR go into task manager under the details tab and manually end all LOL tasks and then attempt to launch the client.
