Ranked queues, whenever it finds a match, wont let me click the button to join [CLIENT]

I have been doing ranked single/duo queues, it finds a match and I click accept, then it says someone declined and immediately finds another match. This time, the accept button is greyed out and I can join. It then says I didn't accept the invite. I did it a few more times, with the same issue and now it's blocking me from playing games because i didn't "Accept" too many games. I played games this morning with no issue. It happened about 5 times between 2:45pm EST and 2:55pm EST.
