[GAMEPLAY] Lulu Whimsy

I was playing Lulu, and I went top lane against a Garen. Whenever the Garen would Q I would Whimsy him, I would then run a little bit away just to make sure he wouldn't Q me, but no matter what as soon as soon as he caught up to me in the critter form, he would still get his q damage and silence off. There was also a couple times against a Cass and a Graves where they would be Whimsy'd but still get an ability off. I know I could be miss playing it, but I seriously think that something is wrong with it.
