[CLIENT] Masteries not updating in draft

I decided to clean up my masteries today and make a new one just for shen, then hopped into draft mode to enjoy the extra ip. I declare my intent and try to set up my summoners, but none of the new masteries were showing up, and the old ones i had deleted were still there. Also, between games, my summoners reset too, so that if i take tp and flash, i have to set it to tp and flash again in the next match, rather than carrying over.
