I was supposed to receive around 56k BE, I played a couple games, completed the quest, opened the Blue Essence Capsules, yet I only have 24k I started with 5k. maybe it was a glitch from opening them all at once. I haven't spent any essence, and I've closed and reopened the launcher several times since yesterday.
The same thing happened to me man said i was gonna get like 100k essence then I login and i have 4k
Did you complete the mission?
Did you open the Essence Orbs that the mission rewards you? Each orb contains 20,000.
Check and make sure you've opened all the capsules - for some reason my loot listed them as two separate items (I think 3 of each...?)
The Empty Lord and BobaFlautist, thanks for the response, but I've done all those things, I have no more quests left, except the daily win bonus and I have no more loot left that I didn't already have. I followed the guide on this link step by step,

and still nothing but less than half of what I was promised. I take it from the low % of people that found that link useful that I'm not the only one with this problem.
