[Client] Welcome to MSI reward bug

I completed the quest titled "Welcome to MSi", I was supposed to get MSI 2019 Orb from it, but for some reason the quest does not give the reward even if I have already completed it. I only have two days and I grind so much just to get the quest completed. Please help me out.
