Can't log in
I joined a match and when I was loading it, it crashed and I closed my pc. I restarted my pc to get back into the match but when I tried to log in, it says username or password is incorrect but it is correct.

I guess its good that this issue isnt anything NEW but shitty that no one posted a solution for it..
I just happend to me, game freezes then I tried to restart, client says need to update or something, try to login, it says incorrect username or password, after a few mins, client restart, login successful, but not be able to reconnect. Now it has been more than an hour, my status is still "in game", checked op.gg, all other people in that game are still "in game", very bad experience RIOT, plz fix this asap, I can't even quit from the weird "in game" status, can't do anything.

I also have this problem on NA. I played earlier today and was able to successfully join matches after getting messages that I had disconnected when joining.
Client would launch the other window, but be unable to bring me into the loading screen, and eventually would give a message stating that I had been disconnected. When I click 'rejoin' on the tab, it used to bring me in after 1 or 2 failed tries. Sometimes I'd have to close the client entirely and relog in, but it would work then.
Just now, I was attempting to join the ranked game, and it is giving me Username or password is incorrect. Please try logging in again. If you have forgotten your password, click here.
Since I used the same password to log into this site, I'm not likely entering it wrong 35 times.

same here. it says it restored the older version of the client and i can't even log in even if i put my username and password in correctly.
Got the same here, i was joining ARAM, client crashed then i relaunched it (Restored Old Version blabla..) => Wrong password. Tried to change it, it doesn't work. I can login to the website but not the client. This is so DUMB
EDIT : I Launched the old lol.launcher.admin It updated some files and then i could log back to the client but NOT the game i went first

I am having this problem too. And I want to add to it by saying I cannot log in on a smurf on the client, website or on the mobile application.. I can log in on my main on the website (to post this) and the game though. Rito please.
I did the same. Tried changing passwords still no luck.... Any luck finding the solution on your end?
