I didn't receive my capsule upon level up.

I just turned level 64, and it stated at the loading screen I received a capsule. However when I check the loot category, it wasn't there.

Does that game show up on your match history? I think there is a lagged connection somewhere.

I got similar problem. Defeat gave me first win mission for some reason and exp from that gave me new level (58) and I didnt get the capsule.

I just got to level 45, however I did not get a capsule. After winning the game, there wasn't the normal visual effect showing when you level up.

Same here after leveling at lvl 45 i got no rewards

I had the same issue last night, however when I logged in today I had a mission notification and after checking my completed missions there was one for leveling up. After clicking on it numerous times, my capsule appeared in my loot.[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
