Can't Reconnect to Chat!

Rito pls. My friends and I have all had similar occurrences; We'll sign on to league and will have to press reconnect to chat on the bottom left at least 8-10 times before it actually works. I'm not sure if this is happening to everyone but it's happening to some people I know at the very least. It's quite frustrating and I can't start a game, else be condemned as an "instalocker" who knows not the ways of calling roles. I also can't invite friends to my games when the chat is down, and it just seems like a bug because it never fails to occur when i log on and It ends up working after multiple times of pressing "Reconnect to Chat."
