A critical error has occurred and the process must be terminated league of legends/FPS lag?

So I got this error 2 times and in addition to this error i also had random FPS spikes or dips to 0-10 when i usually get 144+ (i keep it capped at 144) since 9.1. I finally decided to try reinstalling and ive done that and it seems fine but is this a problem that many are facing? it seems really random. i have a high end PC too so im a little worried / thought it was me but other games like WoW and stuff run super smooth with no issues / graphical problems -specs gtx 1060 6gb edition i7-7700 16gb ram
