champion selection error

i go into champion select, i usually get a message saying. Problem selecting your champion. Please try again. hopefully it lets me. I can chat in the team window and do chat in club or personnal messages. Most the time the team will tell me i did pick that champ but i can't lock in. Wheel on the champ keeps spinning. I have to log out and relog. I will be at fountain before minions spawn. Usually very fast relog time. Run hextech i have. Reset, repair, force reinstalls. All options. I'm catching bans now.
