Ranked Draft mode freezes and wont let me pick or lock in my champion, HELP

For one reason or another, my ranked draft mode and even my normal games won't work sometimes, they'll just stop working, but my whole computer wont be frozen, the game music still plays, and my mouse still works, and i can see the outline of champions i scroll over and even the sound it makes when you pick a champion, but I can't actually pick the champion, it will just make the sound and leave me as no champion, and it doesn't give me an option to lock in, PLEASE HELP ME.
