Hitting a target with a red buff then the enemy disseaper while his red buff on him will create a burning effect on him although he is not autoed by a chamion who have red buff

Visually are you saying you see people in Fog of war because of this??

No i mean when you hit a tarhet with red buff and they go to fog of war then come back visually they are burning ( red debuff) ps: bad English

same goes to a lot of over time effects such as teemo and cass poison dft etc :P
