[CLIENT] I can't hover over my friends anymore

When I use my friends-list, I used to be able to see what rank my friends are, what champions they play and how long they are in their current game. Now i don't see anything anymore and I can't even search for some of my friends on euw.op.gg to look how long they are already in the game, because they sometimes have names with weird characters in them and I can't copy that.
