well... i have like 30-40 ms but i move and i cast spell like 200-300.
that weird cause before i doesen't have this problem
its not happen all the time but i stressan.. you cant dondge if you move behinde one sec

The Problem is that microsoft is constantly making your computer send information to them so it could be choking your internet, if you run on 2mbps or 3mbps. There should be a video on youtube to help you solve that i have. I have windows 10 as well.
