3-4s mousetaker glitch

Anyone been getting this bug lately. like there's a random instance which your whole entire keyboard and mouse literally freezes for like 3-4 secs and the character your controlling moves forward in a suicide like movement. Been getting that at least once per game. What's going on? I definitely checked my ping and it always been in low 40s. This has been happening since 2 patches. I just never reported it because I didn't had the time to. Riot could you please look into this? Thanks.
