[GAMEPLAY] Shaco, and Irelia bug

I witnessed a bug with Irelia in one game, and then another bug with Shaco in the game after. Irelia was capable of always stunning even if she had more health than anyone. She could be full, and someone else could've been at 15%. You would be stunned. I don't know how to replicate this bug, or how frequent it is, but I lost a ranked game due to it, and feel like it's bug report worthy to check out.

For the Shaco bug. Shaco is able to critically strike twice after using his Deceive if he activated Tiamat, or either Hydra right after his critical strike, it would let him critically strike a second time. The Shaco one I can literally use every game almost. It's easier to proc with Titanic Hydra too
