I finished a ranked game. Once the match was over, I clicked the "Skip Stats" button and tried to invite my friend to a game. He and I couldn't invite each other and he and I both decided to relog. I try to log back in and I got that.
I am having the same problem. Not sure what is going on...
Don't worry man same thing just happened to me after I won my game, and also clicked " skip stats". When I tried inviting my friends, it said they were already in a game. So I did the same thing you did, by re logging and i'm stuck on this screen. They're many bugs about people disconnecting and crashing. So at the moment NA server is pretty bugged out.

The game froze just before the match started started. So my teammates and I decided to log off and log back on and that happened to me too. I cri everytiem 
The times where I want to join EU Edit: Now it starting to have a pattern between this and that the server is busy.......
Getting this same message as well, not really sure what's happening.
This just happened to me, and I can't connect back to the server. I tried looking at my match history, and the last match I won doesn't show up, so I googled why the match stats were not showing up, and I read that the game was hacked dropped or lol dropped, something like that, so that the loosing team could leave the game without getting AFK penalties or defeat match stats :/ I think that what they did is soooooo lame, and I'm tired of trying to reconnect to the server ( - . - )
