[Client] Ward Skin Selection Missing

Hi, I am ColorfulRainbows reporting bug that I seeing during champ select. I was going to change my ward skin when I realize it is not there. I not sure if it removed or just my client. I ask people my team and they still have it, so I take a screenshot and send as bug.
