Matchmaking bugged once again?

I wonder if match making is bugged?

In soloq as Dia 3+ player on another account I get matched with all kind of tiers. Sometimes plat 1 to dia 1 and sometimes even challenger. Occasionally, masters (low master). What's going on? Unfair and unbalanced match making imo. Anyone knows anything about this?
