fix the new client plz!

the new client is so buggy. froze during champ select during my promo. then the second ranked game after that I lost network connection for a second and it was unable to reconnect now I have 30 min dogde timer and lost 12 lp :| cmon...........................................................................................................

and promo helper is removed......... gg
