For Riot Games: You owe me a promotion

As I'm writing this thread, I'm just a few clicks away of uninstalling League of Legends from my computer, forever. The only reason why I haven't rage quit and thrown my PC off the balcony yet, is because of the (hopefully positive) respond I'll recieve from an admin of some sort, who can help me.

I have an old PC with a lot of issues, which has resulted in my PC randomly freezing or restarting. Unfortunately, most of these incidents were during ranked games. This has now led to me getting a low priority queue ban on 20 minutes for 5 games... 3 times over 1 week.

I get that your system is only trying to punish those who leaves the matches, resulting in the team losing, a frankly a shit time for the rest of the team mates - makes sense. But here is my issue with it: The first 2 low priority queue bans made me factory reset my entire PC, to make sure it would never happen again as I was playing League of Legends. But in my last game, which was the final match I needed to advance in my promotion series from Bronze III to Bronze II (which is a lot for me), my PC froze for the first time since the factory reset, causing me to restart my PC and not participating in the game for 3-5 minutes.

When I got back on, my team was still leading - to be honest me and my friend from premade managed to carry the entire team to victory. And as I thought I was about to get the win and rank up, I'm met with the "Leaverbuster" notice on my screen. Which means that I now not only have ANOTHER low priority queue ban on 20 minutes for 5 games, but I didn't get the win either (as you don't get LP for winning a game when you've disconnected for some reason). So now I'm back to 67 LP and have to get back up to 100 LP to get my promotion series and then finally win the last match so I can rank up, whilst being in low priority queue (fun).

What I am very annoyed with in this situation, is that I didn't get the win and didn't rank up, despite doing really well in the match and winning the game, although being disconnected for 3-5 minutes.

Is there some way to rid me of this low priority queue or perhaps even give me the division rank up I was supposed to get? If not, then I unfortunately have to let you know that you have lost a very big fan of the game.

you have a piece of shit computer that is out dated trying to play league and it messes up and its RIOTS fault?

I agree. It is definitely the fact that my computer is old and me not having any money to be able to buy a new one or fix the current one with, that is the problem.

However, that is not what I have an issue with and your primeval brain seems to be missing my point, which I will not blame you for, as you are just one example out of a many, on how inconsiderate and ignorant some members of the League community are.

Yes, I asked for them to either remove my ban or give me my promotion, but why did I do that? Because I was not gone for more than 3-4 minutes, played really well and managed to carry the team to victory with my pre-made (you can check my game history if you would like) = no harm done to the team.

So if you could tell me whatever right they have to punish me for that and have it actually make sense, then I will gladly acknowledge both your very r%%%%%edly placed statement and whatever cave you came crawling out from. Lmao.

so you think to the best way to respond is to reply with multiple insults saying im inconsiderate and ignorant? how about you realize how inconsiderate and ignorant you are by causing the people in the game to deal with your issues due to your lack of proper equipment to play a game that has very low demands for any computer?

for constantly leaving games and/or not connection causing a unfair game for the 9 others involved you deserve the punishments and demotions. and riot dont owe you anything.

matter of fact you owe others an apology for having to deal with your afks cuz you cant spend or save $500 for a bottom of the line pc/laptop to run league.

i get it people have budgets and dont have alot of extra money. but $500 is something easily you can up up with over 6 months if you save $83 and change.

if you truly love the game and want to take part in it you would make the changes in your life to be able to get a decent running PC to play.

i get it that its frustrating do deal with the issues you have when you want to play but be a responsible member of the league community and have equipment up to snuff to play the game.

As a matter of fact I do believe that is the best way to reply to you, why wouldn't I? You were the one acting all irrational and like a complete %%%% to begin with - why shouldn't I do the same then?

Your primeval brain is clearly still missing my point: I agree that my PC crashing is my fault and not Riot games, but that is not my issue (as I have already stressed). My issue is that they punish me for a game, where I was the root cause of winning.

Say you're a part of a football team, but you never show up to any of the games your team is playing, leaving your team in a position where they have to figure something else out in order to win the game. Now if you have already received your punishment for not showing up, then why should you be punished for showing up to a game where you didn't attend the first 3-4 minutes of the match, but scored all the goals?

Some people, like me, just manages to get by the end of the month by making sure you always buy groceries on sale, only pick up exactly what you need at the grocery store, etc. etc. If I truly love the game (which I do. Unfortunetaly there's shitheads like you in the community.) then yeah I would make the changes in my life to make sure I get a decent running PC: this includes getting a job. You don't just go out and get a job though. You apply for a job, multiple jobs and then you await their respond on your application. This is what I am doing right now. I am trying to get a job. But getting a job and easily saving up $500 over a couple of months, is not something you do in a day.

Now I want you to read through this comment a few times before you decide to answer. That way you're bound to realize what my point is and how you are at fault lmao.

It's not rocket science where I wanna go with this. Or I mean... Apparently it is for people like you.
