I didn`t Receive my Gift Box cuz an old chat bann in 2013 previuos i moved from NA to LAS
Good Evening Riot support employee, my name is Guillermo Pereira and i am a player of league of legends since 3 years aprox. I begin playing this game in Server NA and when Las server opened i moved on with my friends to that server because i am from south america.
Recently i moved my account again from Las server to NA cuz i was tired about that community, the problem is that you started deliver that GIFT BOX and i didn´t get any.
I been requesting about this since 3 weeks receiving several answer for your people and none was sucessfully. I suppose to wait until january is over and it does, today is February 05 and i didn´t get any box yeat.
The problem is this, in las server i never get any bann, chat , temporal, suspension nothing at all but when i translate my account to NA i had i OLD VERY OLD chat bann from 2013, i had a suspension of chat of 5 games but i also had a standart of goof behavior and teamwork.
I read the article about the gift box and it says about year 2014 behavior. I know that now that the deliver is over your can mannualy make me elegibility for a box cuz player support like "MOJO; SLYCE; KUNOICHI; DUSTBUNNY" told me. So i want my box gift cuz i deserve it and i am speaking mad cuz i am tired of your answer, very bad answer. I complete behavie in 2014 and i coloborate to this and your people can give me a simple box or manually skin.

Please help me with these, i always spoke very nice about the support employee Riot has but now you are making change my mind. In case you can generate a box Gift Please send me a manually box, i don´t know "thresh moonlight" or something like that (Perhaps sona the new one for all problems and delay ha ha)

PD: Please note that i should receive the box for good behavior in 2014, and i were in las i am confidence that i should received that box long time ago. Read the article that u wrote, according to that i must have my gift box
