Visual Bug where Sup Items appear to be on CD (MINOR!)

If you swap the position of a support item and an item on cooldown (Ex: Rune Stopwatch) the Sup item will then appear to have the same CD as the Stopwatch. This is easily fixed by changing the position of the Sup item again as long as its not with an item on CD.

Very minor but can be disorienting especially for new players since the Sup items don't normally have CDs.
