Lag Spikes in Game, Speedtest shows low latency

When I use Speedtest and get around 9-16 ms, in-game I will normally have 60-75 ms. For the past couple days, Speedtest has shown consistent 9-16 ms, but in-game I have had 100-2000 ms spikes. For a little while, I thought it was my own internet provider, but everything else seems to run fine. My latency just spikes when I start playing. I normally play late at night when no one else uses the internet in my household so I don't know if there is any other reason than a potential issue with League servers. If you could point me in potential directions where I can try to fix things on my end, that would be great. If the issue is coming from your servers or something on your end and you guys fix it, also great.
