Black screen problem

Sometimes while I play a game my screen randomly blacks out and I cant move, I can still hear the music and skype but my screen is black and I cant move or use abilities, this problem also occurs when I press alt+shift I don't know if they are related or not but this didn't happen before I got windows 10. PS This is not my article I am doing this for a friend that goes by ADENADENADEN.
