Infinite game loading bug - Leaverbuster

I've experienced this about 4 times just this week. Everything gets to 100% in the loading screen but it will just keep on loading, even after the game ends/ gets remade. I'm usually playing duo so i sometimes have someone to tell me when the game loads so I get in the game before buffs spawn, whatever, it's fine. But, whenever this happens, even if I'm in game before the 1:30 mark, I get punished. I just got a Leaverbuster for this and shit like this seriously makes me want to quit this game. I've never once gotten a complaint from a real player about this, even the pathetic people who look for anything to excuse a loss. The fact it gives a useless "Lag Report" guide AFTER you get punished is even worse.
