Error 183, Cannot create dump file

I get this error randomly when i join a game, in champion select ONLY. No idea how that happened. Please help, lost a promo because of this issue

i have the same issue, if i do not win my next game it made me drop out of my plat promo the second time now and it made me waste many hours of my lifetime spending waiting end playing games wich doesnt bring me anything due to this error. Also when i started my next game now there was a message "unexpected error appeared" rito still gave me the loss and waiting time for not picking or dodging.
