Warband Finisher Bug/ Not working

I finally unlocked the Warband finisher, it didn't work until I restarted the client (this was on Tuesday ), and today (Wednesday) the finisher isn't working at all, did it expire or is there a bug of some sort.

Just like the urf finishers but instead the warband logo with some cool vfx and audio

How do you even activate it I know it is disabled but once they reenable it where will I have to go to say "Yes I want this to be active"
