Game.cfg file missing from config folder

I don't have game.cfg file in the league of legends config folder. i pasted the low graphics version in that folder anyways to boost my fps but it didn't work... the fps boosted before significantly when the game.cfg file was present from the beginning and then i replaced it with the low graphics version but i reinstalled windows after that and now i am facing this issues please help.
