Ranked champ select skin bug

I don't really know how to explain, and I'm not sure if it's only on the Garena servers (since I'm playing there) or if it's also on the other servers. But I am able to play Xin Zhao with a skin which I do not own, in the preview when I've locked in, it's Warring Kingdoms Xin Zhao, but the text says Dreadknight Garen (which I do own).

I was going to play Garen with the Dreadknight Garen skin but then someone left the queue, I got into another match and picked Xin Zhao and the skin was selected as Warring Kingdoms Xin Zhao but with the text Dreadknight Garen. I haven't tried what happens if I select another skin or another champion yet, but I'll update with that later.

did you actually enter the game with the warring kingdoms XinZhao skin?

Yeah I did, so like I said I got to play with that skin for free.

Well then this is a serious bug I was just confused whether you just had it selected or you actually got to play with it.

I know what causes the bug now, and I think it only works on the Garena servers. There is an app for the Garena servers where you can spin a wheel every 8 hours and get IP, IP boosts, ward skins or skins for champs for like 2 weeks. The skins (yes it works on other champs, I've tried) that I can use are the skins that I've ever had before, they're set as the Classic skin in ranked (restarted the client after I got were it said Dreadknight Garen, and now it says Classic).

So I guess this doesn't affect EU, NA and those servers, but I don't know where else I should post this to get it fixed.
