LAUNCH BUTTON UNRESPONSIVE SINCE 6.4

So after I click on "Launch", it'll go from orange to gray, and then back to orange without prompting the login screen. Sometime's I'll get an option to accept a license, but after I accept, the login screen still doesn't show up. I've seen a resolution to this for avast users but I use bitdefender and I don't know how to mimick the same tweaks.
