I can't control my movement [Gameplay]

So I was playing a match on Summoner's Rift and when the game first started, I couldn't control my movement. No matter where I clicked, it led me to the enemy base. Because there was no in-game for this, my teammates encouraged me to reconnect. The reconnection solved the problem, but after the match was over, I was put into 20 MINUTES of lower priority queue for 5 matches. I hope Rito finds a fix to this because it wasn't even my fault
