"Game is still in progress" bug

So recently I have been getting a bug where I enter champion select and it will cut to a screen that says "Game is still in progress" which you normally see if you tab out during game and open the pvp client. This has caused me to dodge two ranked games (for a total of -13lp) which is no big deal, but now, as you see in the screenshot, it seems to be happening in lobby too. When I was in champ select and it happened I could hear sounds but other than that I couldn't really do anything. I tried repairing the client but nothing changed. Is anyone else experiencing this bug?
