getting stuck in the base circle after 15 seconds

I happened to me about 10 times and i was always on red side of the map. I go in game than i use alt-tabe before 15 sec, when i get back in game and try to leave base i cant. I tried to flash but champion instantly walks back.

Here is the weird part. When it happened on bottom side of the map it was different. Wherever i click to move my champion walks straight into the top side base. Line is visible on mini map but i didnt clicked there i clicmed on bot lane. I can only press b to recall. If i try to walk it goes in enemy base.
