Client goes wack in champ select, resulting in a dodge

Client stuck here during champ select, only option is to dodge.
Client was also stuck at a black screen, except the tools in the top right were still available.

Note to anyone reading: I believe this problem is at least mostly unrelated to the NA outages, it's been happening for a few days to me.
this exact thing happened to me.
My screen just stay on black loading screen, resulted on a 5 min ban wait.
