Didn't get a Token for getting a S+ on a mastery 5 Skarner i got it on the rotating game modes so i dont know if you dont get the tokens from that but i got a hextech chest from it.

Sorry, but you cannot get tokens in the rotating game modes, nor can you get them in ARAM or TT. You can only get them in normal and ranked SR matches.
