Bug with champ logo in game. bug with val koz.

First off, when you are in game the champion icon that you are at the bottom center of the screen causes your skill shots to switch to behind you when you scroll over it. This make its difficult if you play a champion like mundo and you throw cleavers from the baron side. sometimes you scroll over the face and it makes your cleaver go behind you. This is not always been so. not sure if this was a bug with the last patch but please can you fix that. secondly, Val koz has a glitch with his e when he is knocked up and killed. if you were knocked up by a blitzcrank and you drop your e it will go to cool down and not do any damage. this has happened and cost me a game because of a teemo. please look into both of these. maybe i am crazy maybe not.
