I cant Accept to update

There is a bug in the patching window. You have to go to your display settings and set Font size to 100% to be able to see all of the window. If you have a small, high density pixel monitor you will likely have 125% or 150% as default on your windows installation. In windows 7 on my computer i found this on "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display" but the placement may be different for others.
