Can't Banning Hecarim in urf?!?

Ok in champion ban for urf I couldn't ban , I spelled it as "Hec" and it didn't pop up; but when the timer run out it popped up. So I couldn't ban him, at all. I wish i could of taken a screen shot but the timer is so short its hard too. Please fix
