Ranked Series BUG

1. After completing the requirements for 100 LP, I noticed that I was placed in my series.

2.    a.) After then completing my series resulting in a win, loss, win. I was excited to be promoted to my next division and look forward to earning more LP in this new ranking. Although the game regretfully (to me) restarted my series.
   
       b.) Blatantly saying congrats you made it to your series! I furiously went to check my profile...knowing this message should of been different, and hoping it was not serious. 
   
       c.) Unfortunately the system bugged out, where my original series did not exist and I was forced to start at a brand new series.
   

3. Here I stand, confused, as for my understanding I accomplished and saw with my own eyes a series win (2-1). Within the matter of seconds I witness it ripped away from me.

       *Please help me resolve this issue that has occurred on my account and accommodate my reward that has been lost. I emailed support but I want more people to be acknowledge of this bug and for it to be resolved indefinitely.
