I don't keys anymore

me and my friend were playing to getter, but he gets a key and not me. i never get keyes anymore. everyone eals geta a key but not me. is this a bug ?

Whenever you receive a key fragment, the drop chance for the next one is lowered, and this continues to happen every time you receive one. So, the more key fragments you get, the harder it will be to get the next one.

The drop chance does reset approximately 1 month after you receive your first key fragment at the original drop chance.
