Distorted Screen in Alpha Client

(Would like to see if any one else has this issue as well and if they found a resolution) I don't want to uninstall unless it is a last resort.

Hi I recently been having an issue where either after champion selection the loading screen would not show up or will be very slow loading into. It may take ages for it or not at all for me to connect with the rest of the players in the game. It would show blank slates for everyone (including me) for the loading screen or show me only loading (to 100%) and have everyone else as "not yet connected" even though the game should of started 10 mins in or so.

Another issue is that once within the game, it would go all smoothly at first maybe but randomly lag so bad (even if my fps is low and ping stays low of 40s or so) or my mouse begins to lag badly only.

The mouse would teleport randomly to places I dragged to but I'm a laggy way.

And lastly I have been getting the most annoying issue of all:

The distorted screen.... Usually appears after my game is done (loading into results screen) or about to finish (with victory or lost appears at the end of a game). The WHOLE screen becomes all distorted with many different colours and my mouse usually can be found on top of the distortion but unable to move. I would try to go task manager or switch screens to get out but nothing works. The computer is frozen it seems...

Can anyone help me please? This issue has been happening only recently. I've had the alpha client for a little while too but these issues didn't happen until the last big update. I am currently using a Windows 8.
