Stuck at patch screen!!!

This problem started happening around 2 months ago, where one day im running the game just fine and the next i start the launcher and it gets stuck on 33% and it keeps on scanning files indefenetly. It happend to me today and i decided once again to uninstall the game and install it again. Everything is fine until i start the launcher and then it gets to 33% on step 1/2 and closes my launcher automatically. When i restart the launcher it does the same problem but this time from 0% and scaning indefinitely. I tried fixing the problem by starting as administrator, it didnt work. Next i tried deleting the file "lol_air_client" so it repatches and it still didnt do anyhting. Im tired of having to deal this problem from time to time so please someone provide me with a ** real solution** so i can fix this problem once and for all. Thank you
