Cant get out of game

This happened twice : I finish a game, press the button to go to post game lobby, i press quit then theres a black screen and game telling me i have to reconnect to game wich is the only option. I press reconnect then black screen is all i see, cant even quit the game without the task manager.

Also, there's no more border in profile/champions for the chests obtained, was nice in the old interface, i hope you bring it back.
