My Client won't run

I played a few games 2 days ago everything was normal.Today i tried tu open the game my screen is black i try to run it again nothing.I reinstalled i waited like 4 hours and still it hasn't worked,it happened when this new patch came out its 18.04.2019 wtf rito pls help
