Lux's E is disabled any attempt to reconnect afterwards crashes the game [Gameplay] [Crash]

I really love to play Lux Lux, however when I was playing dominion for some reason my E was disabled after a bit into the game which is quite problematic. Lux's E is an important part of her combo and wave clear. I tried to rebind my spells; however it was to no resolution of the issue. I attempted to leave the game and re-connect in hope of correcting the issue, but each time took forever to load in and at 100% the game crashed twice until the game ended. I have submitted a bug splat.

I'm not exactly sure how to replicate the issue, but it may have something to do with time of death. It started after I revived on dominion after my first death (no trinket usage). I have no screen shot yet, but I have linked my match history.

Same here pretty much. In the rift with lux. At some point i lauch my e on dyin ashe, but got killed before detonation. When i respanw the icon(my E) was grayed, the mana cost was 0 and when i tried to lauch my E the message 'too soon to use this ability' would appear. And like u said, no wave clear/slow, suck lol. But i did deco to reco, the loading was normal, but when i reco the issue was still there.
